Before you write in

Most emails are answered within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Anything that comes in over a weekend is picked up on Monday morning.

If it has not been dispatched yet, yes. Email us with your order number as soon as you can and we will catch it if there is still time. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

It is emailed to you the moment your order ships. If it has not turned up, check your spam folder first, then email us with your order number and we will resend it.

Send us a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. Please do not throw the packaging away until we have replied.
