Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Domestic shipping rates and estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Standard shipping: $8.00, arriving in 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping: $15.00, arriving in 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.

Free standard shipping on all United States orders over $70.00.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US and would like to order, email us at support@voltproducts.co and we will let you know as soon as we ship to your country.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@voltproducts.co with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather and public holidays can add time to the estimates above. These estimates cover transit time after dispatch and do not include the 1 to 3 business day processing window.

Damages and lost parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please inspect it and contact us immediately at support@voltproducts.co with your order number and photos of the damage so we can make it right. Volt is not liable for parcels lost or delayed by the carrier once they leave our facility, but we will always help you open a claim and track the parcel down.

Incorrect addresses

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment and the standard shipping charge will apply again.
